Active Strength Co. classes are scheduled on the days and times below. Types of classes with descriptive explanation are listed below the schedule.

Monday - Thursday AM:
5am, 6am, 8am, 9:15am 

Tuesday & Thursday Noon:
Noon

Monday - Thursday PM:
4:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday AM:
5am, 6am, 8am, 9:15am 

Friday PM:
4:30pm

Saturday AM:
9am (free bootcamp), 10am (active mobility)

Adult Fitness:

Functional workouts built for all ability levels. Workouts alternate between strength training days and cardio days. All workouts are built to accommodate every ability level, we gladly make modifications for those who are newer to fitness, as well as those who might need an extra challenge because of their experience. Participants can expect a fun atmosphere with encouragement coming from their fellow participants. We want to provide you challenging and effective workouts that will allow you to reach your goals, but also make sure you walk out the doors with a smile on your face!

* A few special classes:

Active mobility: offered at 10am on Saturdays - this class focuses on repairing the damage done throughout the week with foam rolling, lengthening with bands and rods as well as active stretching.
