Weekly ACTIVE Breakdown

1 HOUR SESSIONS

Never the same workout twice -Our classes are designed within a Weekly Protocol, Which includes a combination of strength, HIIT (cardio), and Metcon style training.

Why is that important?

If you repeatedly perform the same exercise, you’ll reach that awful plateau where you’ll stop making progress and become disengaged and WE DON”T WANT THAT!

Maintaining a healthy, fit lifestyle is more simple than you might think when our team of nutrition and exercise experts is on your side.
