1 on 1 fitness training

The first aspect of the program is spent focusing on dynamic movement and speed training. This includes stretching, activation, active warm up, linear and lateral speed development, quickness, plyometric jumps, and core strengthening. 

The second aspect of the program is dedicated to explosiveness and optmization (the action of making the most effective use of a muscle movement). This includes using the Olympic lifts (based on age) to increase overall body strength, agility drills, and various forms of conditioning. The program is also designed for athletes who are currently in-season but want to maintain strength, improve speed & quicknesss, and reduce the occurrence of injury.

MON-THURS AM: 5am, 6am, 8am

MON-THURS PM: 4:30pm, 5:30pm

FRIDAY AM: 5am, 6am, 8am

FRIDAY PM: 4:30pm              

SATURDAY AM: 8am (Booty Blast Class) / 9am (Bootcamp)


Functional workouts built for all ability levels. Workouts alternate between strength training days and cardio days. All workouts are built to accommodate every ability level, we gladly make modifications for those who are newer to fitness, as well as those who might need an extra challenge because of their experience. Participants can expect a fun atmosphere with encouragement coming from their fellow participants. We want to provide you challenging and effective workouts that will allow you to reach your goals, but also make sure you walk out the doors with a smile on your face!
